Service is the cornerstone of my business.  Ninety percent of my clients come from referrals so I understand the importance of personal service.  I believe honesty and communication are the keys to a successful business relationship and transaction.  I am upfront and honest with my clients, realtors, lenders and everyone involved in the loan process.  You will always be able to reach me on the phone or by e-mail and if I happen to be unavailable for a moment I promptly return phone calls and e-mails.  I understand that real estate is not a 9 to 5 business and I am available in the evenings or on weekends if those are more convenient times for my clients. 

A big part of customer service is effort.  Many lenders have one product or one bank through which they broker their loans.  This is easier for them, they don't have to keep up on multiple products, they don't need to follow the market changes and lender guideline changes.  They can cut costs and overhead because they aren't working as hard, but can they offer the best product for your needs?  I don't believe they can.  In order to provide great service without sacrificing pricing your loan specialist will need to understand where to take a loan that fits your unique situation and which bank is going to offer the lowest rate and cost for that program.  If I am only using one lender to fund your loans how am I providing you any more service than you would get at a local branch where you bank?  I wouldn't be.  This is why our platform at West Coast Mortgage is so beneficial to you.  We can check rates from over 300 lenders that include the national banks, smaller wholesale lenders, credit unions, and local banks and determine who is offering the best loan for your situation.  Because we deliver multiple loans to these lenders they offer us pricing incentives that we can pass on to our clients.  Yes, it takes more effort for me to find the best deal for my client, but I enjoy getting you the best deal and the fact that I can compete with and beat the big banks and the internet lenders gives me a lot of satisfaction and helps me get more referrals.
